Ginka Hristova is founder of International Legal Advice Center – ILAC. Ms. Hristova graduated cum laude from University of National and World Economy, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2007) and specialized European Law in University of Nice II, France and after Intellectual property & E-commerce in WIPO Academy, then in 2015 she was elected as a member of the Disciplinary court of the Sofia Bar Association. In 2016 she attended Internet and Society: Technologies and Politics of Control course at Berkman Center for Internet and Society, Harvard University and since than she has continued her professional career in the digital law. Holder of the prestigious “Young lawyer of the Year” award for 2014, nominated by the Sofia Bar Association, Ms. Hristova is also a lecturer in ICT Law at Net It educational center and published author of “Le phénomène “cybercriminalité”: Stratégie pour combattre la cybercriminalité et mesures concrètes (French Edition)”.
