Laura Zoboli is assistant professor of European Economic Law at the University of Warsaw, where she also leads the CARS (Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies) Laboratory on Digital Markets and Data Economy. Before joining the University of Warsaw, Laura obtained her PhD in International Law and Economics at Bocconi University, where she currently is adjunct professor. Laura also clerked in the Competition and IP Specialized Court in Milan and was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the Berkman Klein Center. Her current research interests focus on the overlaps between IP and Competition Law within digital markets and the data economy.
