Ben is a fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and the Head Teaching Fellow for CopyrightX 2017. He studies the interplay between law and technology, with an emphasis on intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity. Ben has worked on tech-law issues as a Google Policy Fellow at Georgetown Law’s Center on Privacy and Technology, as a research assistant to Professor Jonathan Zittrain at Harvard Law School, and as a teaching assistant at Harvard’s Law School and its School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Comparative Literature and a secondary field in Computer Science.
