Michelle Elsner is a 3L at Harvard Law School, where she is a Student Attorney at the Criminal Justice Institute, the Impact Litigation Coordinator of the Prison Legal Assistance Project and an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. Prior to law school, she completed her B.A. at Cornell University majoring in English and minoring in Spanish. Michelle has experience working for production companies and is particularly interested in exploring copyright from an entertainment creator’s perspective. She loves to ski, to go to the theater, and to travel.
